Have you ever heard that Banana is good for losing weights?This method was introduced on a TV program the other day.A famous female opera singer succeeded in losing weights for the first time by trying the method.The method is very simple and easy to do.All you have to do is to eat only bananas and drink a glass of water for breakfasts.After breakfast, you must not eat anytning for 30 minutes.And you must not eat anything 4 hours before you go to bed.You can eat anything as long as you keep those rules.Isn't it so easy!?You can eat even sweets and meats.But I could mot success the diet before. So I would like to try this method this coming spring vacation again.
